This week, we caught up with KFC Chaguanas Main Road.
Our hunt for late evening food, (too tired to cook), and the “can’t go wrong with KFC” vibes, caused us to stumble upon a new feature of The Timely Entrepreneur®, our “Doing the Right Thing” segment.
It is an honorable thing when you have businesses leading by example, so we won’t hesitate to share.
Just at the side of the cashier, behold...the Copyright License sticker!
We were pleasantly surprised to see it there and did not delay to ask for the pics to share. Even the cashier was a little struck by our request. We took the time to tell her why this was so important and we got to take our pic.
COTT legislation states that any organization playing music in their establishment must obtain a license to do so. To learn more about COTT, click the link below to be directed to their site.

We applaud KFC for their ‘Letter of the Law’ and we hope that bars, restaurants and other business places will also “Do The Right Thing”!
