One of the millionaires I’m studying closely is Barbara Corcoran. For those of you who don’t know her, Barbara Ann Corcoran is an American businesswoman, investor, speaker, consultant, syndicated columnist, author, and television personality. As a television personality, she is a "Shark" investor on ABC's Shark Tank. Now that woman is powerful and is one to emulate.
Here’s a tip from her on prioritizing tasks in relation to time management. You can use her method daily. The idea is to grade the tasks so you can spend more time working on something that you find important.
“Take everything you’re doing at your desk and rate them A, B or C’s. A’s are the ones that directly lead to more sales, B’s are the ones that have the potential to help you earn more and C’s are the ones that make you feel so productive but don’t amount to anything. You’ve got to fill your day with productive activity.”
Schedule your day so that you’ll be engaged in more tasks that are in the A and B category and try to delegate or minimize doing those tasks that fall within the C category zone.
