We welcome unsolicited articles and blog posts. In exchange for writing for our website, we will happily include your biog details (photo, name and overview) similar to what you see on any of our guest posts.

We are always on the lookout for quality content that we can share with our members and followers every week. We are looking to publish at least one guest post per week on topics related to Small Business and Entrepreneurship. The Timely Entrepreneur Resource and Research Centre continually seeks innovative ways to bring Entrepreneurs and communities together through Education. We are also looking for reviewers.

This is just a general overview. If you have a creative idea that is not listed above, please feel free to contact us beforehand for approval. We are always looking for interesting viewpoints on writing.
Guidelines:
- Content must be unique and original.
- Please consider our/your audience - Entrepreneurs, Solopreneurs, Professionals, Creatives, Authors, Bankers, Teachers, Business groups. Note that we have a global reach.
- You are a unique person, and we are sure you have your own style. Your blog must be in your own voice. We've agreed to have you write for us because we are interested in your perspective and because you have something to say.
- Articles should contain 1500 words or more.
- Reviews should be 200 to 600 words.
- Content must not be copied (in full or in part) from another website, article, book or any source which has copyright.
- Must not be sarcastic, have polarizing views or be negative.
- Do not include your brand or name in the article.
- If you include images or videos within the article, they must be high quality and with copyright approval (please supply proof of this).
- Include references to any data, statistics or research that you use (including hyperlinks to the source).
- Commentaries should be 800 words.
- Content must be exclusively published on our blog and not published or posted on any other website or social media site prior to us publishing.
- Embed hyperlinks to open sources to support your statements, claims, arguments, etc.
- Wherever possible, link to sources in English or another widely spoken language.
- We reserve the right to correct mistakes of grammar, spelling, formatting of your draft before publishing.
- Articles must be written in Standard English.
What is not accepted:
- Duplicate content
- Poorly written material
- Topics that are not related to business and entrepreneurship
- Self-promotional articles

- Bloggers are required to sign an independent contractor agreement (freelance contract) which highlights the terms and conditions and liability of their work.

Commenting:
- Guest bloggers are welcome to have an option for commenting on their publications but are not necessarily committed to it.
- With regards to negative commenting - we encourage different perspectives and healthy debates. Discussions must not be escalated into full-blown arguments. Although we have no obligation to monitor comments or accept responsibility for feedback, if there are any particularly negative or vitriolic comments or reports of abuse- bullying, name-calling, shaming, we will respond as we see fit to resolve or end the matter at hand.

- Bloggers are encouraged to use photographs of their own in the article.
- If photos from online sources are used, please ensure you have appropriate licenses for us to use and have as proof (Creative Commons usually will suffice). All sources must be credited. We are happy to discuss how they should be credited.

We do not offer payments for articles on our website. We adhere to Google’s webmaster guidelines.
Note that we periodically check the articles submitted and published on our website for plagiarism amongst other things. If we find that your article has been shared elsewhere, we may remove it from our website.
Please give our editorial team 10-17 business days to review and approve your submission. Alterations will almost always be necessary so don't be alarmed.
